First off the cooling vest I ordered showed in stock but didn’t ship after I paid for express shipping ( I live 2 hrs from their location). I called J Harlen 2 days later and asked abt the order and was told that the order was just sitting up front and didn’t make it to the back for shipping. I was told it would ship that day. Another 2 days later I hadn’t received the vest so I called again and was told sorry we don’t have any vest right now the part numbers were mixed up. I was then told that I would be refunded for the shipping (never was refunded) and that they would ship when they received this product but didn’t know when that would be. After I finally received the $300 vest I opened the box put the ice packs in and tried it on. Now I may have missed where it said but I didn’t see any sizes on the website I’m only 5’10 and 190 lbs and this thing barely covers my chest. It looks like a baby’s bib. Needless to say not impressed at all on the product, price, or service from such a highly talked abt company.
