This should have been here on Thursday or Friday, it’s now, Saturday I still haven’t received it. I did try calling your 800 number but you’re closed on the weekends.

I ordered a belt in the wrong size twice - an unfortunate mistake that I would be willing to pay the return shipping for. On the second return the package was denied by the receiver and is being shipped back to me. You've lost a customer for life.

Greenlee NR1 sucks. The 7/16 adapter is extremly loose fitting. Slips off when at rest in my tool board. Extremly frustrating. I ended up taping the nutrunner to the adapter. Buy kline instead. I will next time.
