When I went to order item it wasn't available, order wasn't processed, so I ordered a different style of jeans as Christmas gift. A week after Christmas I received an invoice for product that wasn't available. I immediately responded to sender that I did not want this item and was told then I would need to return product. I feel they could have canceled delivery from being sent because it wasn't till the next day I received "product shipped notification".

I am happy with all the gear I got. Great condition, and quality gear. When I originally received my package the climbing belt was marked on the shipping list but was not present in the box. I called J harlen and they said they would get it right out. After a couple days I had no emails or any proof that they were sending it. Took me a week during the holidays to reach them again. Asked for email proof akd tracking number. Told me they would get it to me within a day or 2. Still never received any of that info but the belt did finally arrive.

I am very impressed with how quick I got the socket. Will be ordering from you guys in the future.
