Personalized store service in Charlotte NC is excellent! (5/5) Disappointed that JK no longer allows the 15% off influencer or seasonal codes !!! ESPECIALLY WHEN THE PRICE POINT ON ALL PRODUCTS HAS INCREASED!!! Disappointed that JK no longer allows points to be used during sales!!! WHAT? Disappointed that the (monthly) double points day (usually on drop day) is not as frequent!!! Love double points days!!! Disappointed that when there is a “sale?” The prices are increased the day of the sale… making the actual discount much less than it seems. Do you think the customer is not paying attention? Do you think the average JK consumer is clueless? It’s honestly insulting. What is happening with production and inventory? Now that JK is sold on Shopbop and other sites, inventory of brand new items can be sold out in 1-3 days yet can still be found on other platforms. (Again… no points if purchasing from another site. & It’s more work to locate the items … MORE WORK FOR YOUR ALREADY BUSY FEMALE ENTREPRENEURS!) Is this an example of women supporting women? I used to ADORE this brand!!! I still like it A LOT. I don’t think the current price points are truly reflective of the quality… and QUALITY & CUSTOMER SERVICE drive price. Running out of inventory because it’s being spread over multiple platforms? I don’t think that’s service to your solid customer base. Finally, when a company takes away the benefits from a loyal customer base (points, monthly double days, real sale prices vs. inflated prices with a sale, 15% discount codes, use of points during a sale? ) it seems like you are saying: We don’t care if you come or go. Thanks for helping us build our name. But we are “luxury” now. We can charge whatever we want without improving quality or service or benefits to our loyal customer base. So yes! I am disappointed
