I'd had my eye on this coat for a while and finally bought it during the recent sale. Unfortunately, it didn't live up to expectations. For a coat that retails at $1,000 (plus tax), it arrived folded into a small box and was creased and wrinkled on arrival. The material is thin and flimsy, the fit was off, and the arms were tight. If the price reflected the quality, I'd be more forgiving. But even at the sale price, I was very disappointed. I've bought coats from comparable retailers for a fraction of the cost that had better fabric and construction, and they arrived in proper packaging: a box large enough to avoid creasing, substantial wrapping, and a sturdy hanger.

I called my order in, the courier came to pick it up, and they delivered it in an hour! Seamless!
