I have communicated with corporate re: unfortunate policy re: rewards. I had sufficient points to redeem for cashmere socks. I am allergic to wool/cashmere. Asked if I could take cotton socks ((lower price) instead. Store staff denied request. asked them to call corporate. Also denied request. Crazy and disappointing customer service. Ended up having to purchase a pair of cashmere socks to redeem reward. Gifted both pairs and will not be shopping at Jenni Kaine in the future.
