My experience with Jenni Kayne has been very positive overall. The quality, fabrics, and relaxed yet polished aesthetic are exactly what I look for. The pieces I’ve purchased are comfortable, wearable, and feel intentional—clothing designed for real life, not just special occasions. One small suggestion would be to elevate the standard packaging for clothing items. When I selected the gift-wrapping option, everything arrived beautifully presented and felt special. However, items ordered without gift wrapping arrived folded in a plastic bag inside a plastic shipping bag. Opening an item is part of the overall experience, especially at this price point, and slightly upgraded packaging would enhance that first impression. That said, the quality and design of the clothing itself absolutely shine, and I’ve been very happy with my purchases. Jenny Kayne has become a brand I trust for timeless, comfortable, and well-made pieces.

Shipped as FedEx air was a real treat. I order on Tuesday and arrived on Thursday which was really nice. Often think the shipping takes too long and this time was amazing. Collection seems to be smaller and smaller which is a shame. I was expecting much bigger winter collection since JK is known for . What happened?
