I had a bad experience with their customer service online. I purchased a pair of jeans that are defective in the customer. Service agent was very argumentative and told me there was nothing wrong with the jeans. Unfortunately, I am stuck keeping them and I’m sure the whole develop bigger. I am very disappointed and quite frankly the way the customer service agent treated me makes me question whether I will ever shop with you ever again. A little courtesy and assistance goes a long way when buying from a higher end retailer not a good way to build business.
