Always seem to have the right part available. The team is professional and knowledgeable.

Prices are great, shipping is great, and when an item or items were back ordered, it was easy to cancel them or modify the order with another suitable part. The website is easy to navigate and descriptive. So it’s easy to find what you need. The guides and additional info are also a big help with lots of useful info from calculating engine sizes to suspension setup/install.

Super late ship

After ordering the conversion kit, my items were shipped minus the stand which was out of stock. Also, the kit does not include the smaller fuel pump, which is necessary because the alternator takes up more space. All these things had to be ordered, including the stand. After the fact, I really wish they’d had the stand stock if nothing else.

Parts arrived quickly and were well packed

JBugs is great

Good service, prompt shipping!

Faster shipping

Good quality. Using them on a john deere 350B track loader

Every time, without fail, I make an order from jbugs, shortly after I get an email that one or more items is back ordered. It says “in stock” on the website. I get it, times are tough. Hard to get stuff. At least update your website to show if it’s in stock or not.

Great service, upholstery I bought was gorgeous!

Great.

Good quality material, perfect size and was delivered fairly quickly. Would order from them again.

Jbug has a customer for life! Recently inherited a 78 Bug so new to this space. I’ve put in several orders and inadvertently ordered 2 of the same. Emailed the returns department and Geniyza emailed me back with a very nice gesture. I’ll just say, it was a nice surprise she didn’t have to do. Excited to do more business with Jbug over the years while I spiff the Bug up!!

Great

We're easy to get along with they help with any questions you have and pretty fast delivery

great thanks

A+ THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Never got the package

I like that I was able to register my specific bug information and anything I review on the website pops a message to me, "this part fits your beetle. " That is super helpful. You can also speak with a knowledgeable individual for specific questions regarding your vehicle. Parts always arrive promptly and are correct for what I've ordered.
