Exactly what I needed for my 71 beetle with no dash pad.

Well. . still putting it in, not sure if it works yet, so far haven't had any major issues. Note that the wiring harness does have all the harness is set up for the generator and the voltage regulator. So if you converted to an Alternator and taped wires together to do it, you will have to do that again with the new harness. No big deal, just trying to think of something to write on the review thing.
