Online store was easy to use. Regular emails with order progress were received. Delivery was very quick. Assembly instructions were emailed. The instructions can be a little better.

Shopping online at JasonL, among a lot of choices, I found what I was looking for. The purchase process was easy, costs competitive. The customer service was very good with prompt and supportive responses to a few queries I had. The product was delivered promptly and when assembled looked and worked great. Delivery was a little awkward. The courier used arrived at a residential address and the truck was a little large to comfortably access the driveway to my house. in the process of trying to access the driveway, the trolley pallet lifter in the back of the truck was rolling around violently and banging into the pallets of goods in the truck. I had concerns there may have been damage to my purchased products but once unpacked and assembled, all was good. Bottom line, I would purchase again from JasonL but recommend they review their couriers.

I had such a great experience dealing with Irish at JasonL. I ordered the incorrect table top. She resolved the issue promptly for me and I had a new tabletop delivered within 1 business day!

Delivery driver forgot my items, I then had to wait a further week for Jason l to figure out how to re deliver which would mean I would not have my items in time for an event. Had to pick them up myself. And to top it all off I’ve been woken at 4am by an automated message to leave a review.

The brackets did not come with the table. The screws given were too short to fix the tabletop to the legs. Also, the instructions given were the wrong ones and when I was sent the correct ones these were very minimal.

The chairs are quality made with a metal base. JasonL was able to accommodate to the 18 chairs that we needed to replace our old ones and came super quick as well

The driver was lost but with reason as the perth cbd is difficult with parking. Our largest concern is the product and the fact that on casters they cannot be used as they are top heavy. We purchase with Jason. L as the legs looked sturdy and large to therefore provide structural; integrity. We are looking to return if at all possible and are open to receiving advice on the appropriate product for us.

Was good, not great because the desk has a minor defect and the delivery company didn't send any updates as the 'barcode didn't scan correctly'. Then I received an email saying the goods were delivered and when I called, they were still at the delivery centre. Also, agent said she would email with an update after I queried the delivery status, and I got nothing.
