Irish from within the JasonL call centre was very helpful. However your delivery provided was terrible, hopeless. I was also disappointed that I could not pick up my order from the JasonL showroom in Sth Melbourne and save me a delivery fee.

Good desk rubbish instructions to assembly

Delivery was delayed and took time to track down. The packaging was ripped and looked knocked around. However the product is good

Shipping was prompt, instructions fairly clear given the modularity of their desk systems. Sturdy and flexible options here for our desk size needs.

Shipped on time. Delivery was made on a rainy day, but the driver was able to bring it up to the house and was kept perfectly dry. Easy to assemble.

Would only want to see cheaper shipping.

Delivery was relatively fast, but I would have preferred a local pick-up option from the showroom in Brisbane to save on shipping costs. $50 is asking a lot for a small purchase of 2 items.

A little slow to arrive but good comms from JasonL staff was appreciated

The products showing as available in the site are not actually in stock. I had to change my options 3 times due to unavailability. I have made an order for home office desk, received mails on its dispatch but no further delivery information. After waiting for one week, it was informed that my order is not able to track or is lost. Even for making a replacement order, required product was not in stock. So I canceled my order and waiting for the refund.

Spent about 40 minutes to wait for the delivery downstairs, because of the delivery guy. Moreover, he did not even unload the product himself. Unbelievable. Also, the box was strapped so tightly that the delivered box that we got was very curved.

Comms were fantastic. Delivery time was slow and was the only negative in the whole experience.

I am happy with the Corkboard I purchased however it seems to have been damaged during transit which is disappointing. Other than that, it would have been a 5 star review as the website was user friendly and it was a good shopping experience.
