I am happy with the Corkboard I purchased however it seems to have been damaged during transit which is disappointing. Other than that, it would have been a 5 star review as the website was user friendly and it was a good shopping experience.

Took 4 attempts and 6 days after the promised delivery date to recieve a desk and filing drawers. Then found the drawers were severely damaged. To their credit the Jason L customer service team were helpful, responsive and refunded for the drawers. Sadly this company is being let down by their delivery contractor. Would not deal with them again.

Very happy. The shipping company allowed the product to be left at my door, after i provided authority and they called me at the time to confirm. This was extremely helpful, as within 1 hour someone had arrived at my address to bring inside.

The table is just what was required and end user is very happy. The ordering process from website through to shipping was simple and efficient.

Chair seems good so far, sturdy and comfortable. However the delivery partner doesn't communicate when they are delivering. No notifications from them even though Support and the Ordering system said I would get it. Chair showed up at my door unannounced.

The incorrect instructions were sent with the table which made it difficult to assemble.

Hi, I order “JasonL Rope Barrier Bollard - Silver Set of 2”, order number:#34979 Oder date: 15/12/25 It supposed to have two stand but I only received one. I have contacted the customer service for a few time, but until now 18/1/26, more than one month still no news for my missing parts. Terrible delivery company. Not sure I will ever receive it or not.
