The online store, products and service provided by the JasonL staff is great. Unfortunately the delivery leaves a lot to be desired. Initially delivery was attempted two days prior to the ETA (A+ for efficiency, but F for communication, as the office was closed not attended that day). Additionally, once it was delivered, there was no prior notification that the product would be delivered on a pallet (which doesn't fit through the shopfront door and required our staff to unload the pallet on the street). Our office is upstairs, so I wouldn't really count this as having been truly delivered. I appreciate that this may not be in the contract terms you have with Team Global, but again this simply needed to communicated from the outset and appropriate provisions could have been made on our side.

I got a Just Right Height Adjustable Corner Workstation, and the desk's quality is amazing. Good build and a sturdy tabletop. Easy to assemble yourself.

This is in relation to delivery. Eta was the 07/08/26, goods were ready for collection since 06/08/26 but only got delivered on the 13/08/26. It had been sitting at the warehouse waiting collection for delivery for a week.

Irish from within the JasonL call centre was very helpful. However your delivery provided was terrible, hopeless. I was also disappointed that I could not pick up my order from the JasonL showroom in Sth Melbourne and save me a delivery fee.

Good desk rubbish instructions to assembly

Delivery was delayed and took time to track down. The packaging was ripped and looked knocked around. However the product is good

Shipped on time. Delivery was made on a rainy day, but the driver was able to bring it up to the house and was kept perfectly dry. Easy to assemble.
