I bought this leather band online and received it on time. The band is really nice (as you might expect from JM). Together with the band I received a JM can cooler and a personalized note from JM, which I found really nice. I shop online a lot and never got this level of customer service from any of the large brands. Thanks Jack Mason!

I've had my watch for about a year and I absolutely love it. There's tons of details to fall in love with every time you look at the face. I had some water issues that were fully covered by the warranty and the JM staff made it very easy to swap out the original watch, and they even gave me some stuff to go along with it. I've owned a couple of citizens and the JM watch just feels better on my wrist and feels more solid. Just bought my dad one because he keeps staring at mine (and he has a couple of Tag Heuers!).

Love the watch face, not so much a fan of the watch strap. As it doubles back, it seems to come loose often. Requires a lot of adjusting. Great watch though!

The ease of aquisition and the performance of the product thus far is much better than the experience I had with my first Jack Mason watch that was purchased at Macy’s one year ago. Well done.
