Fantastic!

This brand would sell many more watched if they allowed customers to select their own watchbands. And $50 For a watchband is outrageous. Nice watches, bad idea.

This company and their products, and customer service is pure excellence! I mailed back a watch that I purchased for my son. He needed a new crystal cover which he had dropped and broken. Unfortunately, it was not able to be repaired for the $25.00 repair fee. (also, they mailed a postage paid label) So... today we received in the mail, a brand new watch! AMAZING! Thank you, Andrea for wonderful customer service and supporting your products! we truly did not expect a replacement. :) Jack Mason is a true american run business. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

I’ve been waiting years for an affordable and well designed avaitor Chronograph time piece and finally a company came along and did that very thing. That company is Jack Mason. I had no idea about the company until I saw an advertisement on instagram and soon after purchased my new watch. I currently have an apple watch which is functional and good for the gym and work but when I want to dress up I need a watch like the aviator chonograph 42mm (with leather strap). Perfect for any season. Thanks Jack Mason!

My son picked out a watch for Christmas and I ordered it not realizing it was on backorder. Caroline with customer service emailed me to let me know and offered to let me pick out a different watch and Jack Mason would cover the difference if there was a price difference. I saw this watch on my Instagram feed, and it was exactly the style of watch I had been looking for, so I clicked and purchased this watch in a few simple steps. I received the watch within 2 days and realized that it was a 36mm case and that it was simply too small for my big wrists. Luckily the return process was amazingly simple, and the young lady that helped me on the phone was able to help me find the right watch for me in less than 5 minutes. Overall great experience, and a great company.
