Jack Mason is a gem of a company. My girlfriend bought me a watch for Christmas (loved it, by the way) and after 3 months, a piece of wire got loose in the watch and it was hanging over the 10 spot. It was really the smallest deal of all time but since I wear the watch daily and Jack Mason has an awesome return policy, I figured I'd send it back to get a new one. My girlfriend took care of sending it back and she praised Jack Mason for having the best customer service! They couldn't have been nicer, faster, or more understanding. All in all, great experience and awesome watches!!

I love my yellow gold nautical chronograph - especially w/ the option to swap between brown or black straps. These are beautifully designed, quality watches, with great attention to the details...And without breaking the bank! I am very happy of my Aviator 42mm blue with white subdials ! I live in France and discovered JMason watches in a watch blog : I really appreciate my choice, quality of the watch (daily use : it’s like 10 or 40 more expensive ones) and the strap (brown vintage) is really nice.

I recently purchased the JM-A111 Aviation Watch, and couldn't be happier. The fit, finish, and overall good looks of this model punch much higher than it's asking price, and the beautiful blue lume on the hands and sandwich dial indices lasts throughout the night which makes checking the time in the dark an easy (and enjoyable) experience. There's also an ever so slightly domed crystal that casts unique distortions at different angles, and the seconds hand hits the outer track tick marks spot on which is important to me. Lastly, the excellent customer service I received from Caroline Betts has made me a Jack Mason customer for life!! Definitely recommended!!

I recently ordered two wallets. One was a full billfold back pocket wallet and the other a smaller card holder. The presentation of the packages was excellent. The wallets look and feel great. I hope they last a long time, but either way, you have a repeat customer in me. Keep up the good work!

I am in love with my watch. Little details like a tiny star on the button and brushed face on the outer edge... it’s so pretty and I wear it everyday. Perfect size for a small wrist person like me!

Recently received a Jack Mason watch for Xmas. I was ecstatic upon receiving it. The amount of detail, the way the strap felt and the overall build quality... However, like many quartz watches that are purchased online the indices didn't like up with the seconds hand. Minor, I know, but it drove me nuts. I contacted Jack Mason, not expecting much, but within 24hrs I was greeted with a personalized e-mail about how X person would be taking care of my warranty. We went through the nitty gritty of the situation. They were more then happy to replace it but unfortunately Jack Mason didn't carry the model that I had received as a gift, it must've been from an older line. Anyway, they were quick to remedy the situation. The solution: Pick any non-automatic watch from the website. I ended up going with the JM-102 with the Tan strap and the black PVD which I will review at a latter date. It was a more costly watch, I believe, but they sent it with no hesitation. The Process: Ship the current watch (JM-101-12) out via a pre-paid package. Wait for them to receive it. They ship the other watch out. The customer is happy. I did run into a delay but due to that happening they accommodated by providing a NATO strap, one that I was willing to purchase. I was more then pleased. I will be reviewing the strap as well at a latter date but so far I am very pleased. I will be a Jack Mason customer for life thanks to this experience. I already mention the brand to everyone that cares to ask about the watch, which there are many and even the one whom gifted me the watch was pleasantly surprised! I plan to put it through very gruesome conditions in the future and am looking forward to seeing how it holds up. 10/10

Purchased as a present for my son as we share a love of flieger style watches. Has the look and feel of a type A German flieger watch with some modern flare. I really like the 45mm size. Should look good on most wrists. Not quite an IWC Big Pilot but would be incredible for a $700 watch let alone only $225. I really appreciate the quick release spring bars on the strap too. Although I love the strap, I did remove it and put it on my Seiko SKX007 (looks great) and put a black IWC Big Pilot style rivetted strap on this watch which looks incredible and my son will appreciate. Quality.. ever reliable Japanese Citizen Miyota movement with a 10 year warranty...can't go wrong with this as an everyday piece. Great customer service. I had troubles receiving the watch due to no fault of Jack Mason but the fault of the UPS delivery guy. Jack Mason kindly gave me a discount code which I will definitely be taking advantage of.

After weeks of wearing this watch compared to other automatics I've worn. I start to notice very minimal "problems" as I keep wearing it. First off, its a great overall watch from the price to quality and the design is very nice. I love how American it is and it really makes me proud to wear. But, the few things I notice is for one, the second hand does move slightly faster than normal, one week will probably throw the watch off about 1-2 minutes at the most. Second off, the oscillating weight does not seem "heavy" enough compared to other brands, such as when flicking your wrist, you should be able to feel the movement within the watch. For this Mason watch, the weight is very minimal and you must be sensitive to feel the movement. The Bands are a little tough and thick at first but over time it does come out to something very nice as worn. The latch to switch bands on the interior are amazing, it doesn't get in your way and you won't even feel it's there. Overall, this is a great watch that is american made and I would definitely buy another

This really is a beautiful watch. I was already looking forward to receiving it, but when it arrived I was even more satisfied with the design and quality than I expected. The strap is comfortable and a beautiful color and I've been wearing it almost every day since. Very happy with my purchase!
