I have 2 JM’s, the latest of which is Nautical Chronograph 42mm. Both are handsome pieces that constantly receive compliments. Changeable leather bands means I can dress them up or down which is great. I just love Jack Mason. I’m glad to have been introduced to this brand and will continue to purchase them!! Absolutely fantastic!

What an awesome watch. The quality is absolutely beautiful, and the craftsmanship is unmatched for the price point. We gave this to my brother in law as he just graduated from Naval Aviation as a pilot. He was stunned. Additionally, the watch being designed in Texas was a nice sentimental touch as he trained as a pilot in Corpus Christi, TX. During the evening out for celebration he got countless compliments on the watch from fellow marine and naval aviators. Highly recommend this watch!

Great watch. Looks good, feels good. Tough & accurate with clean lines and quality tones. The quick release straps are genius. An important added extra - the customer service staff are excellent: friendly, efficient, reliable and second to none in problem solving; oh, and what a delivery service - superb! Just a couple of points to help meet perfection. A lock down button is needed to help make the watch waterproof and a 45mm automatic watch with sapphire glass should be an option. Otherwise, terrific job Jack Mason!

Dig the watch. Leather band molds to you and colors change with your oils. Sturdy face with quality parts. Rugged, classy and traditional all in one.

very nice watch

I scratched the glass face while working on my car. It's not the watch's fault that I grated the face against concrete and scratched it (still more scratch resistant than my previous Citizen). They sent me a whole new watch. Fantastic. I've bought a watch for my pops from JM after outstanding customer service, and I think there will be a couple more coming for my family when it's Christmas time

This is a special watch for me in many ways. 1st it looked amazing online when I first saw it. But when it arrived it is truly spectacular. The other reason it's so special for me it the occasion I bought it for myself. I was going into tough surgery for a serious condition and wanted something new to look forward to when I got home. So I bought it before admission so it would arrive by the time I got home. The watch stylistically is the most beautiful you'll ever see. It lends itself to any occasion or style of clothing. It did not disappoint when I opened the box. It made me happy just like had hoped it would. More so, the operation was a success and I'm looking forward to a wonderful future. Bought a watch for my girlfriend from Australia and it arrived in 6 days. I struggled for a long time to find a nice women’s watch with 100m water resistance and Jack Mason provided the goods. Very pleased with their customer service and product. Would recommend.

I was extremely pleased with my pick-up expereince at your location! t The only thing was I went from thefrony doorn , to the door in the hallway, back to the front door , before I realized that the doorbell needed to be rang. Suggest to hang sign stating to ring bell for access or pick-ups of orders
