Great experience

This review is not for the product, rather the lack of receipt of the product. I ordered the 2” Nitro Gas kit at the ned of Nov. There was never an indication as to when the product would ship, but I understood shipping takes 4-6 weeks. However, the “first” shipment didn’t arrive until Feb. It took about 2. 5 months. All 3 boxes arrived as indicated by the shipping labels. However, upon checking the inventory, I discovered the rear shocks were missing. When calling I was informed the rear shocks were on back order and would be shipped ASAP upon arrival. Those arrived 2-3 weeks later, however, IM4X4 called and informed me the rear shocks, while made the same, had a new color scheme and offered to swap the front shocks to match. Other than the initial conversation, which IM4X4 did advise those were also out of stock and it would be April before they’d arrive, there has been no further communication. I will update once they are delivered. However, I definitely could not recommend purchasing products from IM4X4 if the orders take between 2. 5 & 5 months to complete. For 5 months my build has been sitting waiting for the items.

Im still observing. I had some a lil bit knocking noise in my front driver side . And some times a squeezing rubber. Hope i can find some tips from your side . Thanks

$80 for an adjustment tool that took a month to arrive, that SHOULD’VE been included with the lift kit to begin with… Do better.

The fit and finish is great. solid billet aluminum that is nicely anodized. This allowed me to fit a 32" tire (255/70/R18) in the factory location on my 2022 Lexus GX460. My Truck has a 1" front and rear cornfed suspension spacer lift and the tire upsize netting around 2. 5" of lift over stock suspension and tires.

You should improve your return process, other than that Ironman stuff Rocks 👍

First shipment had damage when received. After reaching out to Customer Service, i was sent another free of charge. Assembly was pretty easy for my truck type, and fit was perfect. I got a great deal with their sales promotion. Ended up getting this for a third of the price from other popular brands. This cover is built to last. All Aluminum. Remote is nice, but it also came with a push button i set up inside the cab. Since i got an extra one, i went ahead and also spliced a button in the rear of my truck bed. I would certainly recommend this, and have sent sales links to others.

Bolts were to short by at a minimum of 5mm. Extremely slow processing of product.

Shipping was fast even with the order being broken up into three shipments. Quality of the lift kit I ordered is incredible and the install was simple. Instructions are fairly straightforward, videos helped.

Purchased the springs when they were on sale, can't beat that. Received within two business days from ordering.
