Didn’t like the customer service and options for returning items. Ended up loosing more money then what anything was worth.

One of my struts failed One of my struts failed within a year. I contacted the CEO and he could not understand why I couldn't drive my car until I got a replacement. I'm afraid the other 3 will fail soon. Still have not received a solution from him. Look at other companies and save yourself the headache.

Ironman is great!

Product is as described but took almost 2 weeks for it to be shipped out. When I inquired about the part I was told it was in stock and ready to ship. It was almost 2 weeks after the order was placed that it was finally shipped out. The reason Ironman 4x4 gave me was that they were busy. . .

Shipping was expedient, shipper ripped my box open but nothing was missing. Customer service was fantastic. Thanks for the great product and experience.

The annex room does not fit my rtt and ive been calling and emailing you to get this resolved and no one has bothered to contact me at all. As a returning customer I am very disappointed and frustrated about this matter. Hopefully this will get someone’s attention and get you to reach out to me.
