Very undersized, low-quality inspection, low-quality support. Even the "How did we do?" requires two submissions! Do not purchase, I'm the last person in the world to do bad reviews- this was real bad, don't do it. I purchased 4 Rear Lower Trailing Arm Bushings for 80 Series Land Cruiser to do preventative maintenance. 1 of 4 is VERY undersized, see pictures, it falls completely through a factory trailing arm and is ~0. 030" too small. As instructed in the email from IronMan4x4 email receipt, I sent an email detailing the issue with pictures to infous@ironman4x4.com and received an auto-response "This inbox is not monitored daily. " so went to the web page and called the listed number, no answer. (Saturday, so that's ok. ) Next, I submitted a "contact us" with the same information, detailing the situation, hoping to hear back Monday. Unfortunately I didn't hear back so I placed an order for a factory part with Toyota, received it same day at a discount, and installed it when I got home from work. I didn't hear back from IronMan4x4 until Monday evening at 6:30pm, asking for pictures (which were already sent!) so I submitted them again. I asked for a refund in my response and I haven't heard back since. Good thing I'm not waiting on IronMan4x4 to do right and send me a part, I would still be out of a vehicle as a result of their low-quality/inspection control. I'm unlikely to buy from IronMan4x4 again and will discourage others as well. VERY poor support from start to finish, even this "How did we do?" that started with me filling out and submitting the same thing within my email inbox brings you to a second page to do it again- so here I am again. IronMan4x4, it would benefit you to explore your products and support structure, because my experience was 0 stars out of 5.
