I got what I ordered, I got my questions answered in a timely manner in ways that were respectful and honest. I'd certainly deal with the company again.

Used this awning on a 5 day camping trip last weekend. It was very easy to set up and take down (took no more than 5-10min to set up solo once I knew what I was doing). And was very easy to mount on my yakima roof racks. Seems sturdy and well made so far. It also worked well during a period of rain and wind (with guy lines) and shipped/arrived quickly. So far i’m pleased with this awning!

Shipping was a little slow but I love the lights.

Do a little more QA on your small parts work

The only thing I didn't like is the fact that you don't ship to Puerto Rico, other than that everything is great

Waited 2 weeks for this useless thing , now we're about 4 weeks in and getting run around from customer service about replacement, sheesh I'm about ready to cut my losses and just refund my money. Good thing I wasn't under a time crunch to rebuild my shocks or anything

Well since it was sold to me with a 4. 3 ft awning, I'm sadly very disappointed as I'm unable to use or return because of the extremely high cost to ship back. Awning walls shouldn't be a suggestion when purchasing a 4. 3 ft awning. Do better

One of my struts failed One of my struts failed within a year. I contacted the CEO and he could not understand why I couldn't drive my car until I got a replacement. I'm afraid the other 3 will fail soon. Still have not received a solution from him. Look at other companies and save yourself the headache.
