Bolts were to short by at a minimum of 5mm. Extremely slow processing of product.

Shipping was fast even with the order being broken up into three shipments. Quality of the lift kit I ordered is incredible and the install was simple. Instructions are fairly straightforward, videos helped.

Generally good. However, when I tried to use customer service to ask questions about installing my coil spring spacers, the text line told me to call the store directly for clarification. Ok, no problem. Except when I called multiple times, no one answered; only an automated answering service. I left a message or two, no call back. The front end of the sale was great, but on the back end, I felt abandoned.
