nice size, nice sealed lid. lightweight construction. handle totally broke from an 8 inch fall, unfilled/empty. I would expect the hinge to unclouple and become unsteady in 6 months. For gods sake if you're going to make something in plastic, make it rugged. This unit was almost 1/2 the weight of the rubbermaid it was replacing. We had that vessel for 6 years. . . .

Shipping was a little slow, but OK. Unfortunately, the closing flaps on these do not snap into place securely, leaving the lids unsecured. Identical ones I bought a few years ago do not have this problem. Was this just a bad batch? I'd like the ones you sent me replaced with ones that have properly working licking flaps. Easy purchase and quick delivery with no issues. Container is easy to put together and ready for use. The wheels are sturdy enough for the contents and the lid seals excellently enough to keep curious pups out. We like this one as it is a little taller and thinner than most you find in the stores that are wider and more squat. The material is see through enough so you can easily see what you have and the level remaining. Definitely recommend for those wanting to keep a lot of content but need something less wide.

The airtight container has wheels. They did not arrive with the container. When will they arrive? Customer service is very poor. Poor communication !!

I never got the fan. I received a damaged resealed box that had a cat box in it. I tried contacting you by phone to no avail. You kept saying I was 3rd in line, but you never picked up I sent you an email with my complaint, but never received an answer.
