Return policy is not user friendly

Frustrating, slow and you’re sending me the wrong item

Zero follow up and response for customer support. Emails and calls go without response for a product that was delivered damaged regardless of follow up. Company sends damaged product and does not care. Don’t waste your money.

good price, cheap plastic. not the same day sold in Costco a while back. Couple of them broke during opening shipping box.

bad quality control on their plastic injection totes. the bottoms are so warped that they dont stack

Received the bins fine but unfortunately, four of the lids were damaged. When I called the company. They were happy to replace them free of charge. But too bad that they had to waste their money on shipping when the lids could’ve been sent without being broken I would buy again. The bins are fine. The lady on the phone that wanted to help me replace the lids was very nice.
