The airtight container has wheels. They did not arrive with the container. When will they arrive? Customer service is very poor. Poor communication !!

I never got the fan. I received a damaged resealed box that had a cat box in it. I tried contacting you by phone to no avail. You kept saying I was 3rd in line, but you never picked up I sent you an email with my complaint, but never received an answer. IRIS Filing Bins: Love these bins for storage and protecting important papers. The only problem is that one container and lid was cracked and broken along corner and part of edge. This has happened before on a previous order that was placed via the Container Store. Future orders need paper packing material and an indication on the box as to which end is up.

Anyone who knows anything about plastic storage boxes knows that these boxes are the answer to your plastic storage box needs. Don’t eff around with with other boxes. Just get these.
