Black Lid. Video showing no gap on the left, but a slight gap on the right (you can see the kitty litter below). Then when I barely press my hand on the top right it sinks down. The Beige lid does not do this. Love this top entry box but the black lid doesn’t fit as well. I would love a Beige Lid to replace this Black one. Thank you!

The price for my order was great, the products are fantastic and they arrived quickly and in good shape!

I bought these they are high quality containers. My issue is the dimensions listed are only external. I emailed and asked for the internal dimensions and did not get an answer. I called to see if i could return them once i discovered the dimensions would not work for what I needed to put in the container. I did not get a return call. I called again and spoke to a CS agent who could not answer my questions of ordering the 41 qt in exchange. No call back. Called again spoke to CS again i was told I would get a call back still no call. I did order the 41qt and am very happy with the containers but support was an issue.

I have a small bathroom where I have been using the Woozoo Ceramic Heater. The temperature has been in the mid to low 60's Fahrenheit in 5 to 10 minutes the temperature has increased to the high 70's and low 80's which if you are taking a shower is a great temperature. Much better and quicker than my old 1500 watt heater.

The containers arrived in a box with "fragile" written all over it. Not what you want to see in a storage container. Two of the lids were cracked. Replacements take 2+ weeks to ship.

Not good First there were broken ones. Then I had ordered the wrong size they were too big. They don't do exchanges and I could ship the broken one back at my own expense. SO BEWARE

Very poor quality storage bins that I had to return. The lids were warped and would not click onto the bins, the bins themselves were too thin, they will not last and will end up in landfill. I returned these poor quality bins and opted for Sterilite storage bins instead, which are great. The customer service though is 5 stars. I do hope I get my refund for these poor bins.

Ordered six storage boxes. They arrived with zero protection inside the outer cardboard. No surprise then: 3 broken lids. But, instead of expediting the replacement lids I’m told they will not ship for 14 days as they are ‘spare parts’. Heard nothing since. Dreadful service.

Very Poor Cudtoner service. We never opened the box. Only wanted to return it as we never bought the dog. Total Rip Off . We should Not have to pay $100 dollars to send that thing back for a refund.
