Very poor quality storage bins that I had to return. The lids were warped and would not click onto the bins, the bins themselves were too thin, they will not last and will end up in landfill. I returned these poor quality bins and opted for Sterilite storage bins instead, which are great. The customer service though is 5 stars. I do hope I get my refund for these poor bins.

Ordered six storage boxes. They arrived with zero protection inside the outer cardboard. No surprise then: 3 broken lids. But, instead of expediting the replacement lids I’m told they will not ship for 14 days as they are ‘spare parts’. Heard nothing since. Dreadful service.

Very Poor Cudtoner service. We never opened the box. Only wanted to return it as we never bought the dog. Total Rip Off . We should Not have to pay $100 dollars to send that thing back for a refund.

The packaging the fan arrived in was wet and there was water even inside the plastic. My attempt to reach customer service was unsuccessful.

2 or 3 bins were busted where the black handle connects. So you can't secure the lid.

I bought four 47-quart drawers. Three of them were good. One of them was broken on arrival. I have shipped the broken drawer back to IRIS USA. I hope I can get a replacement, and hopefully reimbursement for shipping costs.
