The Service Department has been super. The answered all of my questions regarding the issue of working with a Medtronic Pacemaker. There was concern of the usage of your product being comparable. Just talked to Medtronic and the perimeters meet their standards and only issue is whether your Device contains any Magnets.

The necklace was too short and too difficult for me to put on. Clasp way too small

I probably should've done more research before buying. It's over 100 for the jewelry, and then you have to subscribe monthly to use it. The jewelry does not tarnish but it does dull in color. The device fell apart but customer service was awesome and helped replaced my invisawear in a reasonable time. It does give me and my mom a peace of mind wearing it.

I purchased the invisaWear charm because I’m a home health nurse. Not all the houses are safe ones. I would suggest getting a necklace vs the bracelet. I got the bracelet and have set it off about 10 times. They do call, lol! It’s a comforting thought that help is just a double click away.

I had been going back and forth about buying a necklace from InvisaWear. After I lost my beautiful guard dog I finally decided to go ahead and get one. I'm so happy I did. Though its not like having my boy it does give me a sense of safety no matter where I am. That means a lot.

Hope if I buy another it will be with a short chain.
