The battery life of your products continue to fail, it’s absolutely ridiculous. I own 4 devices and have not gotten a full year out of any of our products. I’m not going to keep buying and exchanging devices. If your quality doesn’t improve I’m going to cancel this service when the devices give out!

I have 2 invisawear alert devices. . . one for home and one for when I go out. I have actually had experience 3 times alerting my contacts. It works seamlessly. And having pepper spray when I go to mailbox or do yard work adds an extra layer of protection
