Both of the clasp have broken on the necklace and they are shipping me a new one. Hopefully free of charge. Should have a large bale to interchange the alert charm to longer necklace that you may have your self from past jewelry purchases. I would like to wear mine sometimes as a long stylish pendant.

The battery life of your products continue to fail, it’s absolutely ridiculous. I own 4 devices and have not gotten a full year out of any of our products. I’m not going to keep buying and exchanging devices. If your quality doesn’t improve I’m going to cancel this service when the devices give out!
