I did not receive the correct items.

Within 3 weeks the clasp broke on the chain. Disappointing.

Your site is not accurate. I thought I purchased 2 invisawear bands that included the chips because the site to purchase the bands included info about activating the chips. The lower price made sense to me because it was only material instead of an actual piece of jewelry. When I tried to return it for a refund, the “full refund” amount was almost half of what I spent to purchase it. It took a hold on my card and several emails to you to receive a refund. Fix your site. It should be clear that the bands do NOT include chips.

I just wanted to say thank you! On 10/11/2025 I was in my first car accident. I was rear ended by a reckless driver. I was so scared, but my first instinct without even thinking was to double click my InvisaWear neckless. I was shaking and scared but, within 30 seconds I was on the phone with ADT which they were so helpful making sure I was okay and within 2 minutes police were notified and on their way. I received text updates and a ADT representative made sure to keep updated and my emergency contacts updated with my exact location, so thank you. Thank you for making such a great product.
