I had a question that should be answered on your website. That is if you updating your pendant with a new one you should just clarify that all personal information does remain in the app not the pendant.
I like the way it looks. Hopefully I don't have to use it. But it makes me feel secure that I can get a hold of the emergency 3 when needed.

Love my invisawear pendant. It was a little bit of a challenge setting it up. It is my fault I'm just not very tech savvy and my phone was really frustrating me. They send friendly advise regarding the device and the docs and don'ts. I'm very pleased and it is there for me in case I need to use it. Very pleased : )
I have high hopes for this item because I gifted this bracelet to my price possession my daughter. I am counting on everything stated in the description. The bracelet is beautiful and so far I am happy with it.

I've emailed several times recently and received ZERO response. I'm not sure you understand your own product! You can't delete a charm if you don't have due to loss and if the other one doesn't send a signal. That's concerning. I use it for ADT response as they have ALWAYS responded.
Once I ordered the necklace, the company updated me on its arrival. I was able to upload the requirements in order for the necklace work. It gives me along with my family members an extra line of protection no matter where I travel to in the us.
I have had so many issues that I am starting to think I might just have to stop the program and find another company that is more reliable.
I appreciate it very much easy to handle. I feel much more secure with it. And it’s beautiful.
Both of the clasp have broken on the necklace and they are shipping me a new one. Hopefully free of charge. Should have a large bale to interchange the alert charm to longer necklace that you may have your self from past jewelry purchases. I would like to wear mine sometimes as a long stylish pendant.
I returned the item because I cannot afford the monthly payments. I am awaiting my credit back.
