the product didnt work, I threw it away and cancelled my subscription. total waste of money, it's a good idea but so confusing and difficult to manage.

The service was great and efficient. I experienced for the first time a lost delivery. With UPS

2 people sent me emails when I had trouble installing my replacement device. Unfortunately I can't find their emails and names but they were very helpful and I appreciate it
