Beautiful chair! Exactly what we wanted for our bedroom. Delivery was quick and professional. We did the synthetic stuffing and I love how soft it is but hold up well for my husband. My husband has really long legs but the seat is big enough for him. It is low, so keep that in mind (see height of chair legs). We went with the velvet and I have no regrets.

Thanks for making such beautiful furniture, It exceeded my expectations! I wanted a new couch years ago and was looking for a certain design and quality with lots of option for colors. I purchased the 102inch Charly Sectional in the fog fabric. We’ve had the couch a little over a month and absolutely love it. The color is great. Comfortable. Looks very modern but still very cushy. Someone dropped ketchup on the couch and we didn’t notice until the next morning and it washed out extremely easy. Best fabric for pets/kids hands down! Would definitely recommend.

This was my first time purchasing upholstered furniture online, as I am an Interior Designer in the furniture industry, so what the heck am I ordering online for?? haha Well I was very concerned about the purchase but I had such a good experience with Interior Define that I wanted to share. I needed a sectional in a custom size and look that only a few companies offered and I looked everywhere. So I took a chance.... Everyone I talked to at ID was very professional and pleasant, my sectional was beautifully made and the perfect size, it was delivered exactly when promised (in spite of the Covid 19 pandemic), packaged well and professional delivered. took a long time but worth the wait

Purchasing in May during the pandemic could've been a stressful process, but Interior Define was fantastic to work with. I worked with one of their designers by sending pictures of my existing furniture and ordered swatches based on her recommendation. We had 1-2 more follow up calls and I was ready to place my order! Since I was preparing for an upcoming move and wanted to measure out my space, I was able place the order, and make adjustments to finalize my order a few weeks later once I moved in. The flexibility was fantastic; I updated the chaise side and length of the couch. Tracking the couch's progress went seamlessly and the delivery was super easy and stress free!

I was checking Winslow sectional for quite sometime. We have two young kids so I had couple of questions about the material, payment... I reached out to their designers, and a girl that I got connected to - Gabrielle, was such a sweetheart, very proffesional! She helped me more then I could have imagined. She explained everything in details. I have even sent her a layout of our living room just to double check with her if the sectional fits nicely. She attached the floor plan of the measurements I've sent her, with the Winslow sectional in it. She was quick and efficient! I will place my order today with no doubts in my mind 🥰. My Sloan couch is awesome. Super comfy, the color (Terra) is perfect. It arrived earlier than expected during COVID! Online ordering was very simple and the website was easy to use. The salesperson I had was very prompt and helpful in answering questions. Love love love.

The whole process form order to set up was easy and staff were incredibly helpful. From accidentally ordering the wrong configuration and getting it fixed ASAP, to having a wonderful delivery and set up team (I can't stress how efficient and professional they were), it has all been seamless. The -1 star is because the back pillows have already started to deform about 2 months in, so there has been weekly fluffing, quite a bit more often than I am used to. The couch also feels a little less sturdy than our previous Ikea couch. The back is just fabric over the frame it feels, there isn't any padding or additional support behind the cushions.

We love our new Asher sectional! It fit our space perfectly and it’s extremely comfortable. We were nervous to buy a sofa online without testing it out in the store, but the fabric swatches plus excellent customer reviews made our buying decision! And we’re so happy with it!! The delivery was impeccable and the guys followed all the appropriate guidelines. The packaging was not damaged at all and everything was set up within minutes. Overall, Interior Define has an excellent online selection and we are enjoying our purchase!

I waited many months for this delivery since white coat delivery was suspended for covid; then I was told my area had resumed only for them to tell me on the morning of the scheduled delivery no white coat but they can remove packaging and push it through the front door. Thank God for the delivery guy Lawrence ' he was a blessing and so helpful but you guys need to figure things out since covid 29 is not going away anytime soon.
