I ordered the cutest flowers for a college graduate. It was a purse filled with flowers. It’s the item that made my choice as to where to purchase my gift. Unfortunately, even though the site clearly states you will get the item you order, you may not. My gift was delivered and was a completely different product in a vase not a purse and it had a Happy Mother’s Day pick in it. I immediately contacted the site with an email and I also put in a complaint via the website to their customer service desk, and have yet to get any acknowledgement from the company about this issue. I don’t have any faith to order again for future needs.

This was my first time using Instead of Flowers, I chose a gourmet meal for two. It was delivered on time. The recipients raved about the quality, quantity, ease, and taste! I will be using them the next time I have a need for a loved one I’m not close to.

Food was well prepared and arrived as scheduled. Great to have the option to select a meal and have shipped to door. Only negative feedback was the Herb Broccoli which didn't have a good flavor.

Overall my experience was okay. I sent this to be delivered on a Friday and the shipping said arrival btw 12-4:15pm. I shared with the family I sent to this would be arriving, they were planning to use this for dinner and it didn't show up till 6pm. This meant they had to make alternate dinner plans, as they have young children and 6pm was too late. I was really embarrassed b/c the entire reason I sent was so they could have a break from cooking(Mom has been very sick). They did say the packaging and everything else was a 10/10 but I personally was embarrassed. Shipping should be deliver by 10am on day of delivery.

Shipping was right on time and everything in the order was correct and included.
