My order arrived exactly on time, and my family said it was a wonderful gift. The charcuterie made for a perfect picnic during the birthday getaway drive they enjoyed the next day.

Sent it to someone after surgery, it arrived when it was supposed to and tasted great.

What a perfect meal we enjoyed from Instead of Flowers. In fact the portions were so big, we had 2 wonderful dinners.

The filet mignon was perfect. The broccoli, rolls, and cookies were as well. However, the lobster tail was mushy and the clam chowder was too watery.

I ordered this for my cousin who was caring for a family member. She said the meal arrived as ordered and was great

Our friend loved receiving soyp options instead of flowers. I loved that see had the option of delivery dates.

The lobster bisque was excellent. But the rest of the meal was ordinary not exceptional.

Sent meals to two different households last week. Both greatly appreciated them, commented on the variety and attractiveness of options. I asked that recipients receive notification of gifts 2 days after ordering. Even so, notice was sent immediately. Fortunately, no harm was done, but had I wanted delivery on a particular date for a reason such as a birthday, I would have been very disappointed. I called, received a nice apology and was assured they would fix whatever glitch was the cause. Will use again.

I had to update the recipient's information because I had given the wrong phone number. The person I discussed this with was friendly, knowledgeable and very responsive.

I have used Instead of Flowers mulitple times as the food is great; however, in last shipment box the ice pack had busted open and the gel spilled all over the food items. The recipient was disappointed to say the least.
