Customer service is excellent-when UPS messed up delivery, IF contacted both recipient and myself and made it right by phone and email follow up

Beef Bourguignon was very tasty with plenty of fork tender bite sized pieces of beef. The mashed potatoes were creamy and delicious. The green beans were accompanied with a nice lightly herbed butter which was perfect with the other dishes.

My friend was the recipient and she was very happy.

Food was prepared, packaged and delivered professionally. Compliments to the chef it was delicious. Perfect gift for someone who's at home recuperating.

Turkey Dinner with Peach cobbler was amazing!

Everything was very good.

The Mango Chicken with yellow rice was delicious! The green beans, rolls & brownies were also excellent! We didn't care for the seasoning on the broccoli or neither one of us liked the soup. The delivery was fine, no problems. It is, however, a very expensive gift of food, for what you get. I was hoping we could get 4 meals out of our dinner for two which might justify the cost a bit, but we did manage to squeeze 3 meals out of it.

I’m not sure yet. I don’t think the person I sent it to has used it yet. It was a sympathy gift and they just may not have gotten around to using it or sending out thank you notes for me to. Received it.

Once you receive a gift of a meal- it can be difficult to get to the part to order. Also, my food showed up late and not cold- freezies were melted and I had to throw away the meal- sad. .

The meal we received was perfectly prepared and delivered with care.

Had a wonderful experience after a bad start. Ordered a meal for family members grieving the loss of their Mom but it arrived with no card and a hole in a side dishes that leaked. After reaching out to Instead of Flowers, their representative promptly responded and ‘made it right’ beyond my expectations. My family was very pleased with the replacement. It included an extra special tasty goodie that put a smile on their faces…THANK YOU Instead of Flowers. . You made it right and then some…
