No problem placing the order for our friends to choose their meal, just wish we knew if they received/opened the email notification you sent.

Gifted food as I recovered from a major surgery. Food delivered as they said on day they said. Filet steak was like none other. Season perfectly. But the white chicken chill was divine. Because food was frozen Thought it would taste like others but this taste like someone cooked and served once I warmed it up. Excellent concept that help me and my family for 4-5 days and excellent food.

It was good just a couple lids had came off assuming during transit

Shrimp tasty but tail shell+some had to be removed; generous portions except spaghetti volume overload with amount of shrimp and sauce. Disappointed that I could not order the menu item pictured in my “gift” email without a significant up charge. Not sure my son was aware of that either. I couldn’t tell when I looked on your website to give a gift.

The food was ok but I was more concerned about the security of food. Items. I would prefer to have a strong layer of security to prevent tampering of the food by anyone once the order is prepared and shipped.

I'm disappointed that once again you ignore my specified timing of delivery of the gift card. Since this is a repeated gift (every other month) I sometimes purchase it ahead and ask for delivery at a future date. You always deliver it immediately. This does not seem to work. How can this be corrected in the future?

Extremely simple ordering process. The recipient was so in awe of the concept Instead of Flowers offers up. I gifted the casserole package offer, and I am really looking forward to hearing about the meal once it is chosen, delivered, and consumed.

Recipient loved the meal and generous portions. Personally, I thought it was very expensive and the price would keep me from ordering it again.

I live in Florida so the food was expertly delivered! It was tasty and portions are generous. The vegetable was a little too spicy-not what we expected (might want to mention that when the client is choosing options). A fantastic gift!

The we got this as a gift and we loved it!! We ordered the filet minion and lobster tail and it was amazing. The filet melted in your mouth and the lobster was good! The mashed potatoes were incredible!! Everything was really good and the reheating instructions were very easy and maintainable.

You sent this to the wrong person. I paid for the gift, but the recipient is the one who is getting the meal.
