Delivery and food were great. One suggestion would be to leave the raisins out of the rice pilaf.

So good! The only thing I’d like is an expiration date since I’m not sure when the food was made and it arrived too late for dinner that day (no fault of Instead of Flowers) and we had dinner plans the next night. But very tasty and well presented.

This was the first time I used Instead of Flowers but was very happy with the ease of ordering and sending. The recipient was very pleased and said the meal was wonderful and they would recommend in the future.

All of the plastic containers were broken and pieces of plastic in the food

Bought this meal for a couple. They said the meat was tender and the sauce was delicious. Raved about the taste of the mashed potatoes being creamy and cheesy. Portion size was large had enough leftovers for the next day. I was amazed at the reasonable shipping cost all the way to New York. So glad I chose instead of flowers to make a stressful day a little easier.

I wish there was some confirmation of the individual receiving the gift.

I sent a gift card to a friend who is going through some medical challenges. This is the second time I have sent this to her, and it is always greatly appreciated not only for the convenience of not having to prepare a meal but the food is absolutely delicious!

There was no note left with the box. The recipient had no idea who it was from. It asked to leave a message and it was not there. Nor did the package say what the company was. Very weird. The soup was good so I appreciate that.
