It's been 11 days and I still haven't received it. I like the one I'm replacing but I couldn't seem to get it dry so I'll have to figure that part out before I store it after use assuming I receive it.

Yes on both. The website was very informative about the products and their uses and differences. I had a question for customer service and it was answered by email immediately. I haven’t received my thermos yet, but 5*’s on website and service.
