Never received any of my items and can not get customer service to reach out to me, left emails and no replies.

I wouldn't know I never received it or any other gear I ordered. Nore have I heard anything back from customer service after many emails.

Quality is awesome, a little bit hard to press but I am getting the hang of it, loving it so far.

I have had trouble getting the bottles sealed properly after taking a drink. Customer service was very responsive. I figured out how to correct this, but find it tricky. . .

Got a fast replacement outer cup and inner sleeve. No more leaks. Great option for water filtration for hiking and search and rescue. Will also use it for international travel. I take it everywhere I go now.
