I haven’t used the Ti GeoPress yet. It’s packaged and is presented like product jewelry. I had a question about shipping and sent an Email late on a Sat, by the end of Sat I already had a response from Travis. I would not worry about communication from this company and would not expect any issues I had with the product to go unanswered. Thank you to an amazing company.

I find it lax capacity at this point in time you may as well make it into some kind of portable pump that actually does better than the other alternatives

Fast Customer Service for a strong product. Was having trouble with leaking only to realize I may have been using my bottle for long storage vs. a way to clean water for immediate drinking. Now that I understand that, I'm good.
