My only small discontentment was, I have asked a few questions to customer service and have received very brief “standard” responses that were far from a personalized response to personalized (non-standard) requests. Even if the answers are standard, a little time and customer service goes a long way to relationship with the brand. That being said I love the products and understood the responses. They just could have been delivered better
