Amazing design and very practical new piece for my concise travel and adventure gear set. The holder for the filtering water bottle system is genius in its placement. I can clean the hotel water for drinking or get water from a stream on the trail if needed. All the pockets and modular Velcro parts make this easy to reconfigure and adjust with different adventures as well. Very nice overall

I found the “advice” dismissive and unhelpful. The advice was nothing beyond what I was already doing. So between a product that is difficult to use and customer service that doesn’t seem to care, I will be returning the product and will not recommend it to others.

Phenomenal in every way preformed better than expected even! Will be buying the titanium one once I save up a bit.

When I’m out riding I can carry water or my filter and some accessories on my bike and not on the bike

Packaging was minimal but informative. Product was highly recommended from friends and internet community. The Geo Press looks to be really well made and looks like it will be durable for years, and lots of use, to come. I also used Grayl's customer service e-mail and the response time as well as answer were great! I was impressed by how quickly I received a response and how clear and straight forward the response was.

Great product, but the return and exchange department needs to be fired! They are Rude and never reply to your emails. Then when they do, the tell you your rude because your mad that all you want to do was exchange your press for another color without any response to your emails for weeks. Of course someone is gonna be upset that it seems like they wait to respond so the warranty runs out unless you vlow their emails up.
