Great product and it works well except for the loose bottle cap which is easy to lose. If the cap was attached to the lid I’d give it a 5/5

I really appreciate the promptness of the response to my question and especially that your representative Scott has actually used your Grayl filter in Mexico which is where we’re headed. I really love that we have finally found something that filters out Protozoa, bacteria, viruses, chemicals, heavy metals and microplastics. I’m also thrilled to learn that you are working on creating a lighter weight bottle as weight and size is very restrictive on foreign airlines— significantly more so than here in the USA. Because of this, rather than each of us traveling with our own Grayl bottle we can only travel with one. So we’re looking forward to your lighter weight product. Thank you for all your efforts. We refer Grayl everywhere we go! It’s the best.
