Love oestra it helps so much all ready

3-14-26 I began my journey to health and wellbeing with Oestra. Best decision I’ve made. I have experienced one cycle since beginning Oestra. I stopped applying the lotion during the 7 day cycle. The flow was heavy for three days and then very light. Overall a good cycle. Life’s stressors don’t seem as HARD prior to introducing HRT into my life. I know it will continue to improve! Personal Feedback on Inner Balance Oestra Prescription Experience: I am a 41-year-old woman. I underwent medically necessary surgery for stage 4 endometriosis and have been in surgical menopause for six years. I have previously used low-dose estradiol tablets, which caused liver-related side effects, and later switched to the Vivelle-Dot patch, which worked well for me, although I still experienced some breakthrough menopause symptoms. However, since moving, I have had difficulty finding reliable local HRT care and have been without HRT for the past three years, which has had a significant negative impact on my quality of life. I especially appreciated how fast and easy the initial evaluation process was. After struggling to find reliable local HRT care, having accessible treatment options felt like a relief. I also really valued the informative follow-up emails, which were helpful and easy to understand. I began using Inner Balance Oestra vaginal cream and, for the first three weeks, I felt significantly better. However, I later began experiencing symptoms that suggested the dose may be too strong for my individual sensitivity. I have since reduced the amount used, which has lessened breast sensitivity while still keeping my surgical menopause symptoms manageable. BENEFITS I Personally Experienced Quickly • Hot flushes greatly reduced • Joint and muscle pain reduced • Sleep improved • Energy and motivation improved • Overall mood improved • Libido returned after being absent since surgical menopause • Breast tissue appeared fuller again • Vaginal tissue and overall tissue health improved • Vaginal atrophy began improving The medication itself appears effective and promising. Vaginal dryness (that sand paper feeling in different places during sex) is gone, along with dry itchiness that would sometimes be problematic. In fact, there’s so much moisture all day long, all night long, that I’m usually aware I even have a vagina and labia (& That’s a good thing after years of uncomfortable intercourse and always needing lubricant, the only awareness in the daytime is due to occasional itching). Also, I’ve noticed I haven’t experienced that pressure or heaviness in the pelvic area. I feel more emotionally balanced and steady. Stressors come up but they don’t work me like a clock pendulum. I don’t feel like a drug induced mellow- it just feels more natural- like I’m still me but I have control or a better handle on emotional responses. I have a filter again. My ability to focus on tasks is better. Less ADHD tendencies (squirrel! 👀). My skin is less dry and my face seems like better complexion and less puffy. I have less bloating and not so many food cravings. I have hope I might could lose weight now. I still have afternoon energy crashes and my libido is still almost nonexistent (but my hooha is ready! 😂) Somethings take 2-3 months they say- so we’ll see in a month or so. I’ll be meeting with a check-in later this month so maybe the dosage changes (? 🤷‍♀️). I like I can reach out to their team, they usually respond with an email and chat within 24 hours. I’m not a fan of the app. It’s not as easy to navigate or access. All that to say, I’m hopeful, and that’s definitely a lot more than I was before starting Oestra.

I had been on Estridiol/testosterone pellets with progesterone capsule at night. The creme is much more effective. I feel more peaceful for sure, my sleep seems somewhat better and I absolutely feel more sexual. I occasionally miss an application since this is kept in the refrigerator, but even so my results are better than the 2+ years I was on the pellets. Thanks so much

I've only been using inner balance for 6 weeks so it's very early on but it seems like it may be helping my crepey skin. Otherwise I feel much better; hot flashes are gone, sleep is better and I just feel more calm. I will continue to use the product and see what more improvements it brings.

I wanted to leave a review because my experience has been incredible! After taking NAD+ for one month, I noticed a huge difference in my energy, stamina and mental clarity. Since running out for just a little over a week, I can already feel the change -waking up at 3am again and feeling fatigued in the mornings. the most important part of my experience is my health progress. I have Primary Biliary Cholangitis (PBC) and have been in stage 4 for some time, with regular sonograms, MRI's and Fibroscans every three months. After combining NAD+, Oestra, and returning to my GLP-1 treatment, my latest results showed significant improvement -my liver lesions have decreased in size, scarring has improved and I've moved from Stage 4 to Stage 3. I had read that NAD+ may help support cellar repair and reduce fibrosis, even though supplements are often discouraged with liver disease. Seeing these results in just one month has been incredibly encouraging. I'm very grateful and truly feel healthier overall!

My quality of life has improved so much since starting Oestra. My hot flashes were absolutely relentless 24 hours a day destroying my sleep. They are GONE. I have so much energy and having sex does not hurt anymore.

I just turned 40 and noticed a significant decrease in my energy in libido especially. I decided to try Inner Balance. It was like I could feel the hormones coming back into Balance. And every day I had more and more energy and drive. It’s been a wonderful feeling to feel like myself again.

This is a fabulous product but very very expensive

Within the first week I slept so well I couldn't believe it. It had been years since I'd fell asleep easily and stayed asleep. Dryness was decreased within a couple weeks too and after eight weeks now Im amazed and feel ten years younger. I think I have less mood swings too. Thank you.

Perimenopause was making me feel like a stranger to myself. I felt so emotionally unstable, fried, and scared. Soon after I started taking Oestra, I felt the things that make me ME wake back up; my libido, my energy, my happiness. My husband and I are both so grateful.

Feeling more like myself again

I’m so pleased with how my skin feels. It wasn’t day one, but in just a few weeks, the change is significantly noticeable. I can’t get over it. Honestly, I was very skeptical. My cheeks have been dry and bumpy, and I’ve suffered from breakouts, (Come on! Wasn’t breakouts throughout my teens enough?). My skin has been clear all month! Dark circles under my eyes are fading. Laugh lines are much less intense. I’m honestly shocked.

I am so happy I found Inner Balance. I am currently on the Oestra product. My hormones have been running off track for a decade now. Giving me brain fog, fatigue, muscle loss and much more. I didn't like it and never found a product that would help me feel close to my old self. I am approximately 3 weeks in and I can tell a slight change in my mood. For example, I am slowly starting to let things "roll off my shoulders" instead of getting emotional.
