After using this product for 30 days, I felt my symptoms improved quite a bit, overall. After 60 days of use I started to feel like myself again. I’ve been on it for around 5 months and finally feel totally back to my normal. The only complaint I would have is the application process.

I am so great full to Dr. Sarah. She has a created a product no one has come up with. Prior to Oestra, I was using Winona menopause body cream of estrogen and progesterone for three years. I don’t feel like a rusted out old engine running on fumes anymore. Hallelujah!!! Olestra IS VAGINAL formula with BOTH PROGESTERONE & ESTROGEN Bioidentical. I checked many other brands and they only offer progesterone pills. The vaginal cream is healthier and delivers better results and less passes through our liver. (read on website why so important . ) l felt better within a few days relief from brain fog, fatigue, insomnia and waking up to pp a few times a night. I had partial hysterectomy about 6 years ago. This is not an instant fix, in my opinion. The first several months were quite an adjustment and I had a histamine reaction, which was highly unpleasant. Eventually, after adjusting the dose to a different Oestra formulation, things leveled out for me. The application process is a bit challenging. It would be helpful to have an actual applicator and the dispenser does not always dispense a uniform amount of product. These are things that should be addressed asap as they are important to the product's effectiveness.

I started perimenopause early at 35 years old. I was struggling with extreme mood swings during my luteal phase and severe pain during the first two days of my period.
