The only solution that gave me my sleep back postpartum two years later

I had been searching for so long and had tried so many different things. I was completely confused about what my options were and what I actually needed. Then Inner Balance came into my life. Ladies, HRT isn't just about managing symptoms, it's about improving quality of life. Patches, pills, and creams are just to pacify us but don't improve our health overall. True HRT is systemic. It allows the hormones to reach all parts of your body and you begin to feel like before everything went sideways. This is the best thing on the market right now. I have literally tried everything out there. Patches are a joke. Pellets don't allow for daily control and you still have peaks and valleys. Oestra is consistent every day. You can feel the difference. They have 2 formulas. One for women in menopause with very low estrogen. I personally don't recommend it because it did not give relief and I don't think it could possibly give any systemic benefits. However, their perimenopause formula is much better at more than triple the estrogen of the menopause formula. This should be the starting dose. I believe there should also be another step with even higher estrogen. Yes, I want more. It helps but I believe we could go to another level with even more estrogen. Not for every woman but some, like me, need those high levels. Now, the cream has an oily base which is a little yucky. I wich it absorbed clean without a greasy residue. That is the worst I can say about it. Cost. . . . $199/month for the first 3 months. Then it drops to $99/month for life. This price competes with pellets. So, it's a win! Now, we need the government to require insurance to cover HRT for women! Men get covered for Viagra and Testosterone, especially for sexual dysfunction but women are not covered for HRT. Classic case of medical bias. Fight ladies!

I’m about two months in and the response to all questions I’ve had, have been the most thorough educated responses I have ever gotten, and I have seen several providers that have not explained hormones to me the way that these nurse practitioners do. I had a concern starting the product as someone who was diagnosed with endometriosis and is post excision surgery. They made me feel very comfortable and reassured me of what it actually meant. Even in the first month when things were a little bit rocky with symptoms they always answered my questions and set up a meeting for consultation & explained everything thoroughly. I been taking Inner Balance Oestra since December 2025. I started taking because I was having trouble sleeping. I was having a complete two entire months without sleeping. After I started taking Oestra in just two days I started sleeping like sleepy beauty and since then I been sleeping great. Also, the brain fog improved so much I don’t have every day this problem. Starting to feel like myself and it’s only been 30 days!

I have to say, that from the beginning to now, my experience with InnerBalance has been incredibly positive. The ease of signing up, access to help that quickly and thoughtfully responds, the access to great information. . . . it's been my pleasure to work with this company. Regarding Oestra, all I can say is, Wow! My energy is better, the brain fog is better, and my hair is healthier and longer than it's been in years. My sex drive is back too! Regarding the face cream, after two months of use, every other day, I can see a return of bounce to my skin. While visiting with my mom the other day, she asked me what I was doing for my skin. She said I looked younger, brighter. I've never used a retinol product with such success. I have very sensitive skin, but can tolerate this every other night. I let it absorb for 20 minutes and apply castor oil or a moisturizer. I have to say, Im liking the results- less facial hair as well. I have found the staff to be compassionate and caring, while very professional. I cannot recommend InnerBalance enough. We are worth it.

Before starting Oestra, I could not sleep with any clothes on or covers. I constantly had to move my legs and body every few minutes. I'm a 41-year-old woman. I have stage 4 endometriosis, fibroids, cysts, prolapses, severe adhesions, and other comorbidities. My journey with HRT has not been simple, because my body has never been a simple case. After surgical menopause, my first hormone replacement was oral estradiol. At first I was hopeful, but after a few months I developed serious side effects.
