I am officially a true believer! I started out a skeptic, since I have tried traditional HRT with patches and pills, and various strengths and combos of pellets to no avail. Inner Balance is an absolute game changer. I started on the low dose and then got an increase. The increase was the magic bullet! I am not as fatigued for no reason, my hair is shinier, skin and girl parts not as dried out, and zero side effects like I had with the regular HRT which made me more tired from the too high progesterone. Over time I expect to gain even more benefits as my body, that was in hibernation, wakes up. Try this, give it literally 3-4 months, watch the webinar, communicate with the team. You will get results!

The product itself is fine, though messy. The packaging is weird. The instructions inconsistent. The communication was falsely advertised, and as a full time caregiver, I don’t have the capacity to log in to another website to ask questions. I tried to make the Dr. times, but something always came up. I guess overall my hip pain is gone, which was my main concern, but otherwise I’m uncertain it’s doing more than that. It would be interesting to see if a patch would be less messy and equally helpful, but this is fine for now. Would be good to find other people using this, see what their experiences are.

I’ve never had luck with hormones. EVER. Most birth controls gave me awful side effects, horrible PPD after both kids, and awful periods. So I was incredibly nervous to start a hormone willingly. But after struggling with the laundry list of perimenopause symptoms for 10 years I caved. I would say at least 80% of my symptoms are gone within 5 weeks. I’m going to stay hopeful because after all of the drs appts, multitude of supplements and countless other attempts at feeling human again, Oestra is the only thing that worked so far.

I was already using HRT but was not consistent taking pill form of P. This application allows me to ensure both E and P are taken. It’s amazing so little can work so well. I have referred my friends who were having issues taking P to investigate and try it.

Oestra is so much better than the generic estradiol cream. It is smoother, lighter, and best of all it has the benefit of both estradiol and progesterone. I feel more normal! It is the best, but I wish wish wish it was cheaper. Sigh. You can't win them all.

I do not like the newer packaging in my October shipment. The packaging in June was a better size and dispenser and lid. I would like more sustainable packaging, such as made from recycled materials, recyclable materials, natural materials, and cardboard shipping materials. The container is too wide, inconvenient for storing or travel. The lid has already cracked. It is the least sustainable packaging.

Fatigue has improved. Vaginal dryness improved. I also have controlled weight.

I switched to Inner Balance from a different HRT company, and I am really enjoying the benefits so far: no mood swings, lots and lots of energy, better sleep, no menstrual migraines, and big improvements in my complexion. I am in perimenopause and struggle with PMDD and my main symptoms prior to subscribing to Inner Balance were PMDD mood swings, severe menstrual migraines, poor sleep, and night sweats during the week leading up to my period. I haven't had any of these symptoms since I've been with this company! Plus, the fact that you insert the cream vaginally is a big win for me. Previously, I was using topical transdermal cream (applied to inner arm or thigh), and I was always worried about contaminating my dogs and cats with it. With Inner Balance, I don't have to worry about that anymore! This is a great company, and if you're someone who struggles with the more severe symptoms (such as migraines and PMDD), I recommend you give Inner Balance a try. I have found it to be well worth the money.

Thank you for creating this product, Dr. Daccarett! You are walking testament that Oestra works; Your skin is glowing and your hair looks so healthy; you look amazing. I'm 4 weeks in and there is a NOTICEABLE difference in how I feel! The hot flashes are almost gone (I was experiencing them all through the day); I'm sleeping better; my libido is back and there's no more vaginal dryness/painful sex. This product is life-changing!

I have been on Oestra 1 month and have noticed the following: My stomach is going down, my vaginal dryness and irritation is gone, my libido is coming back. Hoping even more symptoms improve as I stay on longer.

Of course this is with diet, exercise and all appropriate doctor visits. Been using Oestra for about a week and the hot flashes and night sweats are gone. Which to me is promising because sleep is so important to healing. I'm hoping to see more results, I'm so grateful I made this decision. There was so much misinformation out there so I'm glad this product exists where it can be applied at the source. I feel like I'm slowly getting the old me back because the lack of hormones was interfering with my entire life and conventional doctors only want to treat symptoms, not replace what our bodies are asking for.

Week 6 check in: Perimenopause hit me like a freight train; one from each angle. My mood is definitely better, my motivation and determination to get things done has returned, not completely, but it is a noticeable difference, and I am not experiencing as much fatigue. My mind feels reactivated.

This product has been life saving for me. I was having heart palpitations, indigestion, weak almost passing out issues. Doctors tested everything with no answers. I began my journey with Oestra on July 31, 2025.
