I am really impressed with the product and service. The ability to get a personal call from a doc about the questions I had was extremely helpful. This has been life changing for me!! I do not leave reviews ever but I will for this because it has changed my life in so many ways. I woke up one day having panic attacks, hot flashes after hot flash(not regular one they were so bad just changing clothes I was red all over and pouring the sweat), crying all day, and just hurting every where. I’m 53 years old and post menopausal. I started oestra 9 weeks ago and I can definitely feel and see some positive results. For one, my sleeping has improved and I have no more hot flashes. Yay for that! My energy level has increased as well which has had a positive effect on cutting down on the weight gain. I have been working out and walking at least 30 minutes everyday. I actually have the drive to do this whereas before I felt so tired all the time! My moods are better but I still get snippy every once in awhile. lol I have been trying to eat healthier and cut out snacking. That helps too and honestly I’m just not that hungry for snacks lately since taking hrt. My only issue is the dispensing and application of the vaginal cream. It seems like not all the cream gets to the right place. A lot stays on the finger and I try to apply as best as I can but it’s a messy process. Not the end of the world but I just wish there was a better way to apply it. Other than that so far I’m happy with the results. Also lastly, the communication is excellent!! I feel that the oestra team is very involved and ready to help if I have questions or concerns.

I started at 50 when my symptoms started, all of them. My husband takes me to a holistic doctor. I have no insurance so, I have to pay the visit, the labs and the supplements.
