My quality of life has improved so much since starting Oestra. My hot flashes were absolutely relentless 24 hours a day destroying my sleep. They are GONE. I have so much energy and having sex does not hurt anymore.

Feeling more like myself again

I’m so pleased with how my skin feels. It wasn’t day one, but in just a few weeks, the change is significantly noticeable. I can’t get over it. Honestly, I was very skeptical. My cheeks have been dry and bumpy, and I’ve suffered from breakouts, (Come on! Wasn’t breakouts throughout my teens enough?). My skin has been clear all month! Dark circles under my eyes are fading. Laugh lines are much less intense. I’m honestly shocked.

I am so happy I found Inner Balance. I am currently on the Oestra product. My hormones have been running off track for a decade now. Giving me brain fog, fatigue, muscle loss and much more. “I tried Inner Balance as part of exploring hormone support options. The process was straightforward and easy to follow. I did notice that the product appears to absorb systemically, and I could tell a difference after using it. Overall, it was a simple and easy to use system. But I admit it’s a bit cost prohibitive for some people.

I haven’t experienced any major changes from my other HRT I’ve been on for many years. I’m hoping it just time. I find that I’m unable to get all the cream to absorb when inserting. The vaginal cream is handy and very easy to use and carry everywhere you go, in case you need to travel. So far, I feel very satisfied with Oestra. It has been meeting my needs at this tricky point of my life (in terms of this so intense hormonal changes I have been through). And I know it will only get better with Oestra! I’ve been using Oestra for 5 months. I just turned 50 years old. It took some time for my body to adjust, but the benefits have been so worth it. It’s helped my brain fog and overall mood. My hot flashes are gone too. The support team at Inner Balance has answered all of my questions and gone above and beyond to support me. I truly have been impressed.

I was previously using an estrogen patch, progesterone pills, and testosterone gel—But was still having issues with hot flashes, not sleeping well, tinnitus, and periodic increased heart rate. My gynecologist didn't want to prescribe over a certain estrogen dose, even though I still have symptoms that are making life difficult. I do seem to have an absoprtion issue with the estrogen patch. I'm on a lower dose with Oestra, but seem to be at about the same level of symptom relief. My question is, how do I request to go up in dosage? It's difficult to find any other information other than just ordering, and getting what you get.

2 months in and I do feel changes. But I am dealing with some of the ups and downs I've read many deal with during the first 6 months. But no matter what, I'm going to continue on with it, so that I'll know for sure by month 6, whether it's working right for me or not.
