After one month of using the cream I am feeling like a normal human again. I don’t feel like I want to crawl out of my skin, I am less irritated, less anxious and sleep has shown improvement. This has been a game changer for me! Just an overall feeling that I truly needed for by body! Worth it!

I could deal with all of the other symptoms, but waking up with a sense of dread every single morning, no matter what; having a wave of anxiety whenever I thought about normal daily tasks, that’s what made me get serious that something was wrong. I started doing my research and realized I had so many other hormonal imbalance symptoms that I had ignored! I didn’t even know I struggled with vaginal dryness until I didn’t! My motivation for weightlifting and good quality sleep came back after a month, but my night sweats and hot flashes left in the first two weeks! I’m almost 2 months in and still struggling with brain fog and slow recall, but I’m feeling physically better than I have in the last year. I thought I was too young for perimenopause until I started my research. I just turned 39, and with Oestra, I think I’m going to hit 40 at my PRIME! I also LOVE the vaginal delivery: it just makes sense. I did gain about 8 pounds in the first month and a half because my appetite increased and I found myself binging to an uncomfortable fullness on sugar and highly processed foods (I don’t usually struggle with those). I had to REALLY clean up my diet and focus so that it didn’t get out of control. Supplementing with lots of extra protein and scheduling a daily sweet treat has really helped me get back on track though. My breasts feel fuller and my skin looks slightly better. I had a couple negative symptoms, namely sore breasts the first week, and then occasionally when I pump a little more Oestra than my usual dose, but it’s not bad and usually resolves with a day. My sleep was also a little more chaotic the first 3-4 weeks, but it already had been, so I just adjusted my work load. I am mostly happy to NEVER have anxiety anymore. That alone is worth all the side effects.

On month 2 niw and finally feeling great. Sleeping better, no more hot flashes, and the water weight is gone. Be patient with the expected side effects during the first month. I almost pulled the plug, but so glad I didn't! I expect everything better things as time goes on and my doses increase!

Post menopause I think but was intrigued by the product & what it offers. Seeing improvements in mood, anxiety, energy have been what I have experienced so far. Change in hot flashes are now some better. Only downfall I've had is going to the bathroom more during the night.
