I have used Inner Balance HRT for 3 months now and I love it! I was going to my doctor for HRT and updated perscriptions every 3 months. She retired earlier this year and I was not liking the doctor who replaced her. She was not knowledgeable in the area of women's hormones. I love that I can receive my perscription through the mail without having to go in to see the doctor - which takes a LOT of time these days! I was hesitant about the Inner Balance being the right fit for my body. But it seems to be working even better than my old rx. I believe applying vaginally makes a huge difference to the topical application I was doing before. I also like that I'm able to apply once per day as opposed to every 12 hours. All in all, I highly recommend!

I feel more balanced overall with this hormone replacement verses using individual replacements. The progesterone is helping me sleep better and the dryness has improved. I am about two months into using inner balance and I have stopped gaining weight as well. Very pleased with it overall.

I was so grouchy that the air made me mad and then the brain fog was so bad that I literally couldn't make a simple decision. I started Inner Balance on July 1st.
