It's only been about 6 weeks so only the hot flashes and night sweats are significantly improved. I'm hoping for more symptoms to resolve as time goes on. So far no migraine which has always been an issue for me with estrogen.

I’m so happy I decided to try this. I’m 42 y/o and started having brain fog, really bad chronic fatigue, and minor hot flashes (no sweating or night sweats yet. It's true, this product works so much better than the pill and the patch. Those help me sleep to some degree but I was still waiting for 1 or 2 hours a night. Since I've been on oestra I'm sleeping so much better in quality and length. The world is a very different place now!!

Oestra menopause formula has been much more effective for me than estradiol patch was. I feel normal again. Night sweats, burning feet at night disappeared immediately. I have a lot more physical and mental energy than I did. I think my skin looks better as well. The fact that it is just one product (vs 2 or 3) is so convenient. I hope this becomes a commercial product soon so that insurance will cover. I was hoping my seronegative arthritis would remit but it is mostly controlled in other medications from my rheumatologist.

Since taking Inner Balance Oestra a lot of my bone pain is gone. I’m able to keep my house clean again. My heart palpitations are gone. My girly bits are functioning properly and no longer itching, and my rage fits and irritation have ended. I have also regained interests in both old hobbies and new adventures again! I’m 37 years old for anyone wondering. My body did have some adjustment symptoms to the new hormone levels but they were mild and only lasted a couple of weeks. It is very important to read the pamphlet that comes with the cream before you use it so you know what you are doing . I had some neurological adjustments when first starting this. My tongue, roof of my mouth, and left foot had a numb staticy feeling but it was on and off and not super bothersome. Only lasted a couple of weeks. The inner balance team is highly responsive and so, so sweet! They educated me on what was happening and they were right! It was merely adjustment. Seriously, my life is a million times better now.

I had been on pellet BioIdentical HRT for the past 3 years. While it was the lifeline I needed at the time, the dosing based on my bloodwork did not always provide ideal results. I am sleeping so well. I don’t wake up in the middle of the night randomly. Thought it was my bladder waking me up but it was just me being unable to sleep constantly. I was waking up with hot flashes or pain. I can sleep the whole night and even sleep past 0530, like if I’ve went to bed a couple hours later. Vaginal dryness is gone, anxiety and mood is better. My skin seem less flaky and the brain fog has cleared tremendously. I just really feel like myself again. I’m seriously amazed by my progress. Ordered two more jars. I just don’t want this I need it.

I am so glad I found this product! I had been searching for a solution to symptoms for a long time and one day made the purchase! I will be turning 58 and the symptoms were real! I started noticing changes in my body a few years ago as I entered my forties. Before this product i was a mess! Hot flashed all day and night, joint pain all over, and my energy was always so low. I've been using it for a couple months now and am sleeping through the night, my aches and pains have almost dissipated and my energy is much better. So greatful for thos product!!
