Toner is good. Decent price all things considered. Have no idea what genie points are or what to do with them. Difficult time getting verification codes emailed to me.

Easy purchase and timely arrival of my purchase

Great price and service

Very good. This is our first pr\purchase.

Great to get genuine HP toner delivered quickly.

ok

Great product . I have purchased from ink genie before. I will always purchase my ink from them as they sell genuine hp products. Great product, great service & great delivery. Thank you ink genie!!!@

I have ordered from Ink Jenie before and I always receive my order in a timely fashion. I plan to order from them again in the future. I have always been very satisfied with my orders!!!

Package looked terrible; ink is great!

Shipping was fast. Also, the packing of the 5-pack combo was environmentally friendly (card board, no plastic) for both the product itself and the shipping box.

Awesome! Never have any issues when I order from your company.

The price was right and the product performed perfectly.

An OEM product at a better price and with free shipping.

Live Customer Service. Very good

Product seems to be original HP product. Price is OK. Shipping and delivery time is uncertain.

I received it in a timely manner. Best price. The bag was not damage but when I opened it I found the ink box crushed. Like someone stepped on it. I opened the ink box and the cartridge looks OK. I purchase this for a backup. Time will tell.

Excellent product and reliable service.

Very good product, fast ship, and easy purchasing.

Just as good as the ones sold in stores, small dent in the box and lots cheaper.

Pretty fast shipping.
