Setting up my account and tax exempt status was very easy. Ordering was simple as well. I ordered a blemished box, but the box was in very good condition. I like this service and I've been telling all my coworkers.

These didn't work at all in my printer. I have never had an issue with ink cartridge replacement until now. I'm wondering whether these are damaged in some way.
