The order has not arrived. July 7 was the original delivery date. It did not arrive. I got a second notice saying July 22 would be the arrival date. Still no arrival. I noticed on the second notice the delivery address was my former address. I was careful to put my current address as the bill to/ ship to location. I had to enter the order multiple times to override the Greensboro address. Apparently it still used my former address as the “ship to” location address. I spoke with the person who purchased my house, and as of today, the package has not been delivered. I am truly disappointed in your service and your lack of effort to resolve the problem. This is the third time I have tried to contact you, and I have received no replies from anyone at your company. I will have to get my ink/toner locally. I expect to hear from you. I have purchased from ingenie on multiple occasions and was totally satisfied with purchases and the service. I am very unhappy with the was things have worked out this time. Please fulfill the order and expedite it to me or refund my payment. You have my email and you have received my payment. I expect to hear from you and how you will resolve the issue.
