I purchased 2 (HP 12A Toner Cartridges) from inkgenie. com. without their respective boxes. I received a discount because they didn't have a box. They arrived on March 25, 2026 in what looked like their original plastic bubble wrap. They also came when expected. So far, So good. Unfortunately I was very disappointed with the print quality after installing the 1st toner cartridge. (the ink was very light and somewhat hard to read). I decided to try the 2nd toner cartridge. To my dismay, it was only slightly better, but still very subpar of expected standards. Because I received not one, but two bad products, I highly recommend not buying this product. This is my first time buying from inkgenie. com. I don't know about their other products. The jury is still out on whether to buy from inkgenie. com. at all. I will wait and see how they handle this situation. Until then, Very disappointed.

Fair price and received quickly and in perfect condition.

The box was a little beat up, but the cartridges inside looked fine and the expiration date was 10 months away, so that's good. I haven't needed to use them yet, though, so I don't know how good they will be. However, since they are genuine HP cartridges, I assume they'll be fine. I saved about $80 on the 5-pack, which is a great price, but HP ink cartridges are still outrageously expensive, which is HP's fault!
