Mosty of the cartridges work but some occasionally do not. However, when this occurs, customer service promptly sends a replacement. I will not look for another supplier because of that. Satisfaction is a priority!

I‘ve ordered my ink replacements for 65XL twice, first time I didn’t receive them. Because it was wrong unknown address, second time I ordered and upgraded the address and yet I have not received the order which is worth $80-100. 00
