The cartridges are producing good, clear ink. I recommend them.

I ordered a set of eight CLI-42 cartridges for my Canon PixmaPro 100. Order came quickly, BUT one cartridge was duplicated, I got TWO Light Gray instead of one Gray and one Light Gray. Called Customer Service, had small wait and as soon as I explained the issue, the rep agreed to send me the correct cartridge, which I got in a few days. So, small error, but great recovery. I was impressed.

Cartridges works great with my old printer. Will make futures from this company.

Cartridges did not work for my HP OFFICE JET PRO 7740

I was amazed how quickly my ink cartridges arrived, they are always prompt, and am pleased with the results of the ink

HP does not allow the use of generic cartridges. Their firmware has been changed. Only original HP cartridges can be used.

Great experience here with my needs - toner. Shipping was quick, the price was very competitive and the quality of the unit is great. My printer accepted the cartridge so I am happy. I will be a return customer.
