I ordered OEM Canon PG-295/CL-286 (6196C004) High Yield Value Pack Ink Cartridge and the company sent me the incorrect cartridges. I didn’t open this right away and assumed they sent me what I ordered. I went to replace my ink and what they sent is incompatible. Even though this is entirely their fault (which they acknowledged in my emails with customer service), they will not make it right because I’m past 30 days. I am out $100 because of the company’s error. I will not use this company again.

The drums were all defective but the company replaced them at no cost to me.

Exactly what I needed it less expensive than usual

When Staples stopped providing these cartridges, I bought them on this site and it came right away and works very well. I'm glad I bought here.
