I just recently started using a toner. I'm hoping it will last a while, and if so, you'll have a returning customer.

I've always shopped with you and have never had an incident. However when my shipment was delayed, I saw that it was shipped from California clear across the country to New Jersey before coming to Oregon. Would have been a lot faster to ship from CA to OR since we're border states.

Service and quality has plummeted. Past 4 orders, 2 out of 4 toner cartridges explode and leak all in our printers. Replacements sent aren't even the same brand and don't fit properly and when you notify them to tell them they sent the wrong items, they want you to send pictures and video of you trying to install clearly incompatible toner cartridges into your printer to prove to them the part doesn't fit and then they tell you to pay for your own shipping to return the item and then they will issue a refund for the toner not the shipping??? This is a total scam and they send you crap products that are no where near the quality they used to offer years ago. The only way I was able to get my money back was to dispute through my card because CS was zero help and lie about toners being discontinued and then 2 minutes into the conversation, they switch the story and say they have the same toner they can send you in stock. Then they send you the toner and it's a completely different brand and again, wrong size. ZERO STARS. Get you S%*T together
