Such a beautiful lamp much better when you have it in your home than the pictures on the website they don’t do it justice. We did have a little issue but the lady who felt with it (Loraine) went above and beyond to get it just right for us, a credit to her company. Shipping was also good and the lamps were well protected.

Customer service were prompt in their reply to me. We had a very poor experience with Parcelforce who dumped our beautiful rug outside our house when we were at home. Request DPD as they are far superior as a carrier.

Prompt delivery, well packaged as usual. Sale price on these lights came a couple of weeks too late so disappointed we had paid the full price.
