I couldn’t be happier with their products. I went to their Clerkenwell showroom to see their products in person before buying. The staff, particularly Tracy Tekin, were super helpful, and I was pleased to find that their products not only look amazing, but are well-crafted…not cheap stuff you find online. I even met the owner, who was a delightful woman, and who actually gave me samples of all their metal finishes so that I could see which would look best in my house. I made my decision, and now that they’re installed, I couldn’t be happier, and I receive a lot of compliments from guests when they visit. Five stars for both the product and their people.

Shipping was atrocious, delivered to wrong street and left out in the street. I had to go looking for it. They use GPS and must have known it was the wrong street.

Fast delivery and exactly as it looked on the website. The instructions were a nice touch, clear and simple which made installing the new lamp so easy, even though I was reducing the cable length to accomodate a door opening. The mango wood is absolutely stunning. Gorgeous colour and texture and the rose accent in brass really finishes everything off. Absolutely love it.
