My dealings with Industville have been great. What let you down was your delivery service. I have no idea when the rug was delivered, we found it dumped over a gate but without a note put through the door or email notification we have no idea when it was delivered. It could have been there several days. Fortunately it was well packaged and remained dry.

It was exactly what we wanted, we wanted to come away from the norm of 3/4 lights suspended above the breakfast bar, the bar is big enough to take one feature light and boy does this work, it looks amazing.
