I love my new outdoor chairs by Outo. They are perfect for my froint porch, and it’s easy enough to move them to the back for extra seating there too. And Rocco was terrific help to me, especially getting them out to me as soon as you did.

Purchased 2 Crane counter stools in walnut/gun metal color. Loved the design and quality of the stools, which matched the pictures online perfectly. One of the stools was cracked during transit by delivery company, but the customer service at Industry West was very quick and responsive and immediately placed a new order for a new stool to be delivered. Very good service and love the stools

This was our second order from order from Industry West. Saw the stools at our favorite eatery here in Atlanta and purchased for our kitchen island, then purchased the same in chairs for the dining table my husband just finished making from old tractor trailer flooring! Love them.

This chair is definitely attractive and extremely sturdy. I bought it to use as a desk chair and didn’t want it to take up a lot of space visually or compete with the desk’s design, so I appreciate its slim profile. Aesthetically it’s just what I wanted it to be. Unfortunately, I find it extremely uncomfortable after more than five minutes. It proves to be slightly too low for my desk (my fault) and the back is miserable to lean on (its fault). I can neither use it nor return it. Ultimately, I regret buying a non-returnable chair I had never sat on.

Purchased 3 Helix Bar stools. Items arrived in 3 days! One stool sustained damage during shipping (broken glide). When I called & emailed customer service they took care of the problem quickly. Sent out FREE replacement parts that arrived within a week. Product is beautiful and sturdy! Will definitely look good in our new store! Josh

Great service. Delivery was quick and painless. And I love the quality of the chairs.

When delivered, the box arrived damaged which led to the underside of the sofa being torn. Also, the plastic pads under the feet of the sofa all broke within the first week. That was an easy fix but I didn't think it was something I should have to replace within the first week of owning this piece of furniture. I feel for the cost, this should have been delivered, unboxed and put together for me.

Absolutely LOVE the Jackson stools. The walnut wood is warm, no yellow undertones. They are sturdy, solid and sexy! Industry West was great to work with and the stools arrived about a month earlier than expected. No pictures as we're waiting to put them in our new home build.

Counter chairs are well made and absolutely gorgeous. I originally picked the wrong height by accident and Industry West helped fix the issue quickly and efficiently. Can't ask for more.
