I purchased items during Industry West's warehouse sale. I was skeptical as to whether the warehouse sale items would be high quality, as I had never purchased from Industry West and was potentially taking a risk. The quality of the counter-height chairs, dining chairs, stool, and small table I ordered were superb! I was very impressed and will definitely purchase more items from Industry West.

We love the rug but we’re dismayed by the service. We have written three times asking for more product info. A catalogue sheet. Manufacturer. We are told this info is not available. Really? We want to buy another but we can’t source it. Terrible customer service. Great product.

Very happy with my purchase!! The large chair was much lighter leather than pictured and the dining chairs much smaller than pictured, but the quality of the merchandise was outstanding, so that saved the day.

Love the linen duvet and linen throws. Wash and dry and they look good as new.
