Brilliant machine and very efficient service. Busy year to be renting but once available the service was great. Delivery was smooth and drivers on both occasions were helpful and friendly. I'm on to a second hire through indoor sport and would highly recommend.

Very pleased with the process of hiring a Concept2 water rower from Indoor Sports Services, despite a couple of technical hitches. Thinking of buying a rowing machine, so renting seemed the ideal way of deciding whether the move was for me, Very pleased with way deal has been handled, especially in these difficult times, and first impressions of working out on the machine have been very good. Early days, but so far no complaints at all.

I deceided to try a concept rower as I have osteoporosis and needed low impact exercise. It was easy to hire and the communication from ISS has been excellent. The rower arrived boxed up and too no more than 20 minutes to build. Excellent service very pleased. Why buy gym equipment when you can hire with no commitment to large initial outlay. The whole family are using the rower so its better value than a gym membership.

I was initially told before submitting my order that it would take 2-3 weeks for the rowing machine to arrive. I only waited a week and the machine was here. Quality service, brilliant delivery and packaged in good condition.

I applied to hire a Wattbike during the COVID epidemic when stocks on nearly all items were limited so the only reason why I have not awarded 5 stars relates to indoor sports ability to state when an item was to be available to hire. Once the item I requested to hire was available I had a very good service and cannot fault both the staff, process and delivery.

Hired a Watt Bike Pro. Delivered on time in good condition and ready to go due to the Covid-19 crisis. Really pleased with it and already suffering with workouts !!

I was having real difficulty in obtaining a rower and fortunately was sent an email telling me that one had become available. I only had a small window of opportunity, all of 4 hrs to book it and sadly was just outside the time window. a short email later and i was redirected to the page to still rent the unit. Its been a lifesaver especially in the times we are now in and the rental price is very reasonable. the rower was delivered within the week and i am very happy with the service.

Overall very good. Long waiting list to get equipment which is understandable given coronavirus. Wattbike delivered quickly when available and well packed. Bike in good but not perfect condition and no instructions but plenty available on Wattbike website.
